"Niagara Red Brick House" is a 2-Family House with 2 Apartments ( 1 Apartment on every floor ). We are living in the 2nd Floor Apartment and we rent the 1st Floor Apartment. The 1st Floor Apartment is completely independent, with own private entrance and has 1 fully equipped kitchen with paper towels, all kinds of brand new electric appliances, all kinds of cooking utensils, many pots, pans, dishes, server ware, dinner ware, glass ware, etc... 1 full bathroom with many clean towels, shampoo, soap and many toilet papers, 1 living room with 1 Sofa and 1 Sofa Bed (is a Queen Size Bed when is open). 1 dinning room with a large dining table and 6 chairs. 3-Bedrooms(1 King Size Bed,1 Queen Size Bed,2 Twins Size Beds and 1 Full Size "Inflatable Aero Bed" in between both Twins Beds), All the 3 bedrooms has plenty of clean sheets, clean pillow cases, pillows, blankets and comforters. Our House has a private parking for 4 cars. The whole House has a brand new high efficiency Central Heating and Central Air Conditioning System, Free High Speed Wireless Internet, Cable-TV (3 televisions, one in every bedroom) and 1 Large Plasma HD-TV in the Living Room.
