Vacation Rental Description

       Want the feeling of getting away from it all, but the convenience of shopping and city 
attractions? Then stay at this 4 bedroom 3 bath tri-level home on Long Lake. Only 30 minutes away 
from Spokane, you can wake up to the pleasure of watching the sun rise from 3 decks overlooking the 
lake. Enjoy sitting by the fire pit in the cool quiet evening, or swimming and water activities by 
day, we have it all. Take in the lake view as you prepare meals in the well equipped brand new 
kitchen or sit at the breakfast bar and discuss the days planned activities. 
	The master bedroom has a king size bed with its own bath and balcony overlooking the lake, 
there are 2 more bedrooms upstairs with a queen bed in one and the other with single bunk beds which 
share a bathroom. Down stairs is the 4th bedroom which has one single bunk bed and another bathroom, 
also a family room and laundry facilities. All upstairs bedrooms have fans, no AC. On the main floor 
are the kitchen, living room and dinning room area, all open to each other with a beautiful gas 
fireplace surrounded by rock.
	Bring your boat or other water toys, there is a covered boat lift available and the launch 
is just a short drive way. The lake is 21 miles long and sports some of the best fishing in the 
area. Water temperature is usually 72 degrees by August. The water is separated from the grass by a 
3 feet sea wall with four steps. Access to the lake is down a mild grade stepping stone laid path 
from the house. The house is landscaped front and back with grass and flower beds. Watch the fun 
from the decks off the house or sit on the patio by the water, just a short walk from the house to 
the water is all it takes.

Full Kitchen with breakfast bar.
  Refrigerator with icemaker, Stove, microwave, Dishwasher, Toaster oven, mixer,instant hot water, 
dishes, cooking utensils, pots & pans, spices.
Laundry Room:
  Washer & Dryer, Linens provided, towels provided.
Entertainment:
  42" Plasma TV in living room, 27" tube TV in family room, dish network, DVD, VCR with some movies, 
Stereo with CD player and various artist CD's, Board games
Outdoor Features:
   2 Decks facing the water with tables and chairs, 1 Balcony off the Master Bedroom, Covered Patio 
on the front of the house, Patio with firepit down by the lake, Gas BBQ, 2 Docks, electric boat 
lift, 130' of frontage with seawall. Water depth at seawall is 2 foot and gradually increases.
Other Amenities:
  Cell phone reception, phone for local calls(must use phone card for long distance), boat launch is 
2 minutes away.

   Boating, Swimming, Fishing, Skiing, Canoeing/Kayaking on the lake and the Little Spokane River.
Hiking/Biking: Centenial Trail is 5 mile drive away.
Golfing: 10 courses within 25 mile drive.
Tennis: Open air court 5 miles away.

Bird/Wildlife watching
Winter Activities:
   4 Ski Resorts within 2 hour or less drive. Downhill and Cross Country skiing.

              Oct 1st thru Apr 31st    $150.oo/nt

Three Night Minimum Stay

50% Down 60 days prior to arrival. No refunds if cancellation is 2 weeks or less. Balence due 21 
days prior to arrival.

$500.00 Reservation fee/Damage deposit. $100.00 cleaning fee non-refundable
Add 8% Washington sales tax.
