Vacation Rental Description
Royal Mountain Lodge is a spectacular home in a fantastic location. Royal Mountain Lodge is located
in Frisco, nine miles from Breckenridge, five miles from Copper, seven miles from Keystone and ten
miles from Arapahoe Basin.
The main level of the home you will find the Great Room with gas fireplace, dining room to seat eight
and a gourmet kitchen that will also seat four on the bar.
The upper level offers a Grand Master with fireplace, king bed, jacuzzi tub, shower separate, and
your own private deck that looks toward the Continental Divide. On this level you will also find
another Master Bedroom with king bed.
The lower level offers a Queen Bedroom with a full bathroom just outside the bedroom door. The Hot
Tub (seven by seven feet) is located just outside the bedroom door on the back deck. The laundry room
with a full washer and dryer is located on this level. You will also find the heated garage just
outside the laundry room door.
The lowest level boast a wet bar, large full bathroom, gas wood stove, pool table, big screen TV,
sleeper sofa and the bunk room. The Bunk Room offers two bunk beds that are twin top and full bottom.
There are also three twin aerobeds
