Gorgeous Oceanfront Luxury Condo with Wraparound Porch in Carolina Beach

This is a completely renovated 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bathroom condo. This was our home away from home, but since moving out of state, we do not have as much opportunity to use our wonderful beachfront paradise. So, we decided to offer it to families who want to enjoy some time at the beach in
comfortable contemporary surroundings. We hope you love it as much as we do!

It has everything you need to have a great vacation! We are located on the 1st floor and have a wonderful ocean view! There is a 42" Flat Screen TV in the Living Area, and a wrap around porch where you can relax in one of the rocking chairs and watch the sun come up or just listen to the sound of the ocean. Two of the bedrooms are oceanfront, and the 3rd bedroom looks out to Carolina Beach Lake. The gourmet kitchen has handpainted cabinets, granite countertops and just about every kitchen tool, glass, or dish you could ever need!

Walk out to the beach on the private walkway and enjoy the wide expanse of sandy beach, or have a glass of wine on the porch and watch the dolphins and pelicans in the surf.  Carolina Beach is a great place for a vacation!

We are located on a beautiful Oceanfront expanse of beach! We are within walking distance from "downtown" Carolina Beach and some very nice restaurants and activites. Spend an evening at the arcades with the kids on the Boardwalk and make sure to stop by and get a homemade hot doughnut at Britt's Donuts - they are the best! Frank's New York Pizza is also worth a try - and they deliver!

At the lake, they rent paddle boats and my kids never seem to tire of this activity. On Sunday nights in the summer, Carolina Beach hosts an outdoor movie by the lake which is reminissant of the drive-in theatre experience I had as a kid. On Thursday nights there are fireworks on the beach by the Marriot just after sundown. It is wonderful to sit on the deck after a full day at the beach and watch the display.

The Aquarium at Fort Fisher is worth the time as well as a trip to the dunes if you have a 4-wheel drive vehicle. In Wilmington, downtown is always a great place to spend a day. There are carriage rides through old downtown Wilmington and you can walk along the docks and enjoy an icecream cone in the parkfront along Water Street.

Spring and Fall (April, May, Sept., Oct.): $1260 per week or $175 per night
Summer (Labor Day - Memorial Day): $1505 per week or $240 per night
Winter (November - March):$1000 per week or $155 per night

Cleaning fee

Nightly rates available for Spring, Fall and Winter with 3 night minimum stay. Summer rates are by the week only with a Saturday to Saturday week, unless otherwise available in calendar.
