Skyline is a beautiful ski in/ski out new property with the most amazing views of town.
This ski in/ski out property is located 1 1/2 blocks from the Burro Trail where you ski about 500 ft
to the Lower Lehman lift on Peak 9. To ski back in you must be an intermediate skier, you will lift
up to Peak 10 and ski back to the Burro Trail. In the summer this trail offers a wonderful 15 minute
walk to Main St. or a 10 minute walk to the shuttle.
The Main Level of this beautiful home boasts high ceiling with views of Breckenridge and a gorgeous
fireplace that divides the great room and dining room. The kitchen is a gourmet, fully stocked with
gorgeous granite and stainless steel appliances.
The upper level offers a game room with a pool table for your unwinding pleasure. Bedroom #1 has a
king bed plus an armoire with tv.
The top level is a Master Suite (Bedroom #2) that offers a fireplace, king bed, tv and bathroom with
jacuzzi tub and steam shower and yet more views of town.
The lowest level offers Master Suite (Bedroom #3) with king bed, tv and a full master bathroom.
Bedroom #4 has a queen bed and Bedroom #5 is a bunk room with twin top/queen bottom and twin trundle
underneath. A full bathroom is also located on the lower level to be shared between Bedroom 4 & 5.
Also included in this home is a Sony Playstation for the enjoyment of both young children and the
"older" ones that are still young at heart

This property can accommodate a maximum of 14 adults, or 15 total with children.

The minimum age limit to rent 25. Guests under the age of 25 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.

This property can accommodate a maximum of 3 vehicles.
4x4 is MANDATORY during any date that snow may occur.

Ski access: 1 1/2 blocks to Burro Trail - 500 ft to Lower Lehman Lift on Peak 9.

Minimum night stay requirements do apply, and for dates that allow less than a 5 night minimum stay there is a cleaning fee of $255 + tax that will be applied to your rental.

The refundable damage deposit is $750.00 and will be collected in advance.
