The Claddagh House captures the Breckenridge charm in this beautiful luxury Victorian home located just 2 blocks from Main St. and on the shuttle to the Gondola.
When you walk in this gorgeous home you will find a warm and inviting living room with fireplace and 42" flat screen TV with great mountain views.. The kitchen and dining room are just steps away which is perfect for everyone to gather and never feel crowded.

Upstairs you will find the Master bedroom which offers amazing ski area views. The master bedroom offers a king bed and a chaise for any little ones that may need to sleep close to Mom and Dad.

The second bedroom is just opposite of the Master where you will find two twin beds and another chaise for additional sleeping. The twins could be pushed together to offer another king bed if your group needs it.

Lower level you will find another comfortable king bedroom, sleeps two. The game room/additional bedroom offers a full futon, tv, and foosball, pool and more.

Outside you will find a beautiful groomed yard with a private hot tub and a heated single car garage.

As mentioned in the beginning this house is located on French St which is a great location to be just a block from dining, one block from small grocery store, a few steps from the shuttle to the Gondola and two blocks to all that Main St has to offer. This property can accommodate a maximum of 8 adults, or 10 total with children.

The minimum age limit to rent 25. Guests under the age of 25 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.

This property can accommodate a maximum of 3 vehicles.
4x4 is highly recommended during any date that snow may occur.

Ski access is a few steps to a free ski shuttle which takes you to the Gondola

Minimum night stay requirements do apply, and for dates that allow less than a 5 night minimum stay there is a cleaning fee of $200 + tax that will be applied to your rental.

The refundable damage deposit is $500.00 and will be collected in advance.
