with King bed + 1 Guest Room with 2 double beds + 1 Guest Room with 2 twin single beds......This  
new, beautifully furnished 2,300 sq. ft. condo sleeps 6-8 comfortably and has all amenities! The  
condo is situated in centrally located in the private gated community of Pacific Sun Estates which  
is perched at the very edge of a Class 1 rain forest and .5 miles from Playa Herradura beach. (See

Activities and Attractions

Pacific Sun is close to many attractions, such as canopy adventures (zipline), ATV safaris,  
ecological / wildlife preserves and only one-third of a mile from the brand new, upscale Herradura  
Plaza. Herradura Plaza contains many fine restaurants and gourmet shopping at the Auto Mercado We  
are only 1 mile from both the Los Suenos Marriott, the superb Los Suenos Marina and near the Villa  
Caletas.  
 
The Los Suenos Marina is the largest marina between Baja California and Chile and has numerous deep  
sea fishing charters and many shops and restaurants. You have open access to all Marina facilities  
(fishing charters, restaurants, shops, etc.), Los Suenos Iguana Golf Course and casino. 
 
World class surfing and more dining and entertainment experiences are a short 9 minutes (3 miles)  
away in exciting Jaco Beach. 
 
All activities such as tours, outdoor adventures, canopy (zipline), kyaking, deep sea fishing, car  
rental, airport transportation, etc. can be arranged on-site with Pacific Sun's English-speaking  
guest coordinator....or simply relax view the white-faced monkeys, McCaw’s and parrots and sun bath  
while sipping on a cold drink on one of two levels of this condo's fully furnished, 600 sq. ft.  
terraces! 

Vacation Rental Rates

Dec 1 – Aug.  31, 2008 ..... Daily: $250/night ... $1680/week ... monthly rate: inquire 
 
Sept. 1 – Dec. 12… Daily: $230/night ... $1575/week ... monthly rate: inquire 
       **(Easter Week) Mar 16-23, 2008 ...... $305/night ... $1995/weekly 
       **(Xmas season) Dec. 13, 2008 - Jan. 4 2009...$305/night .. $1995/weekly 
 
Terms -  50% Payment required upon booking, remaining 50% 30 days prior to arrival 
Cancellation- 100% refund If canceled 45 days prior to arrival less $150 fee 
50% refund of deposit for cancellation 30 days of arrival. No refund if less than 14 days. 
A damage deposit of $1,000 (credit card number or cash must be deposited prior to check-in.)  
Guest must sign and return a Short Term Rental Agreement (to be provided by Owner). 
Minimum of 3 nights minimum stay.
