Wow, what a wonderful surprise!! Sometimes pictures don't tell the whole story, and in this case, they under estimate this property. This place is huge!! 2 bedrooms (at opposite ends of the unit), galley kitchen, living room, dining room, 2 full bathrooms and still room for a bowling alley. The best part is the massive top-floor terrace that provides all day sun. The penthouse comes fully equipped. It is relatively quiet, very safe and secure. All units are tastefully furnished in a contemporary but very comfortable style. The massive sectional couch pulls out for added sleeping space, dining provided for 10 (6 at the dining room table and 4 at the kitchen bistro). The bedrooms have ample closet space and the beds are new and very comfortable. The hike up the stairs (no elevator) is well worth the view of the boats docked along the intercoastal and action on Las Olas Blvd. The pool is very clean and heated. If the pool isn't your thing, help yourself to new beach chairs and umbrellas. Free laundry facilities allow you to travel light. The condo is a 15 minute walk to the ocean, and 10 minutes to the heart of Las Olas. A convenience store (7-11) is just around the corner. The owners take pride in this property and it really shows, someone is on site every day ensuring that nothing is amiss. The testament to any rental property is whether you would return. In our case..absolutely!!! Thanks Oleg & Andrij for making our family vacation a wonderful memory. See you again next year!
