This is a beautiful two bedroom, two bath waterfront condo located at Waterside at Coquina Key, a
Key West style resort. This is a second floor unit that overlooks its own private boat slip/lift
leading directly to Tampa Bay and less than five minutes to the Gulf of Mexico.

This unit boasts brand new furnishings throughout. The living room has two sofas, one a full size
sleeper sofa. It also contains a large 42 inch TV with DVD. The dining room seats six. The master
suite has a queen size bed and its own private bath. The guest room has two twin beds. A full set
of linens ane towels are provided.
The kitchen is fully equipped with pots and pans, toaster, microwave, coffee maker and service for
eight. The unit has all new appliances including a dishwasher.  All conveniences
are included to make your stay stress free.
Waterside is also a 24 hour gated community.

This 88 acre resort offers something for everyone. Enjoy boating and fishing from your own private
dock with boat lift. Relax at one of three pools, one which is heated. There are two fitness
centers, tennis courts, sand volleyball, a convenience store and complete business center. A brand
new luxuious Yacht Club just opened exclusively for the use of Waterside residents and its guests.
Waterside is within 15 minutes of the some of the country's finest beaches. Here you will find
Fort DeSoto Park, year after year named one of the country's best beaches. Also you will find the
beaches of Pass a Grill and St Pete Beach. Both are beautiful toursist areas with wonderful
restaurants, shopping and, of course, miles of relaxation on the sandy beaches.
Waterside is within 30 minutes of the world famous Clearwater Beach and less than 1 hour from
Sarasota. It is a short 45 minute drive to Busch Gardens Tampa Bay and 90 minutes to the Orlando
attractions.
This condo is also within three miles from downtown St. Petersburg. Here you will find an
abundance of shopping and restaurants, both casual and upscale. There are numerous museums, fabulous
nightlife and cultural events to suit everyone's needs. St. Petersburg is also home to the Pier, a
