must be made. If full payment is not received within 48hours the property will be listed as 
available.
All Utilities included. 
Check-in is at 3:00 pm
Ckeck out is at 11:30 am 
$100 Pet Fee
Week rate 6 nights.
$500 rental deposit due at arrival accepted in the form of
personal check, cashier's check, money orders or cash.
No indoor Smoking.
