From inside your suite or while standing on the balcony enjoy picturesque views of the Atlantic 
Ocean and Daytona Beach.  Experience incredible sunrises as you wake up in the morning.  Feel cool 
ocean breezes as you take romantic sunset walks.  Fall asleep listening to the gentle waves as they 
come ashore. 

So don't waste any more precious time, you need to experience one of life's greatest get away 
destinations.  Leave your busy schedule behind, and take some much needed time to rejuvenate your 
body and mind at one of the greatest vacation spots ever.  Be pampered by the resorts courteous 
staff, as you enjoy dining, music, and drinks, or just relax next to one of many oceanfront world

You will feel right at home when staying in one of our units.  Our spacious condos have all the 
comforts of home.  Including two queen beds, dinette, TV sitting area, large bathroom, and full 
kitchen with full size refrigerator w/ice maker, microwave, cooktop, coffee pot, and much more. 

Enjoy cooking in your suite or take advantage of our first class restaurant.  You can order room 
service or experience the amazing views and atmosphere of oceanside dining with fire pit. 

We DO NOT allow smoking or pets in our suites.

Vacation Rental Rates

Sunday thru Thursday Night
$85.00 Per Night

Friday & Saturday Night
$135.00 Per Night

12.5% Resort Tax.

Check In Time is 4 PM and Check Out 11 AM.

Minimum (3) Night Stay

No Smoking or Pets allowed in condo units!  Your security deposit will be automatically forfeited. 

$200.00 Security Deposit required at time of booking. 

Checks, Travelers Checks, Money Orders, and all major credit cards accepted.

Rental fee's to be paid no less than 30 days prior to arrival!

Cancellation of booking 30 days or less prior to arrival, security deposit will be forfeited. 
Cancellation of booking 10 days or less prior to arrival all fees will be non-refundable. 

Security deposit will be refunded within one week of departure less a $50 cleaning fee and less any 
damages if they occur.  Receipt will be provided to visitor for any repairs charge upon request. 

Upon arrival at the resort you will pick up key at front desk in lobby.  Upon leaving please return 
key to front desk at time you check out. 

We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
