Rental fee's to be paid no less than 30 days prior to arrival!
Cancellation of booking 30 days or less prior to arrival, security deposit and all booking fees will be non-refundable/forfeited. Cancellation must be made by either e-mail or certified mail. Once notification is received we will contact you via phone to confirm cancellation.
Security deposit will be refunded within one week of departure less a $50 cleaning fee and less any
damages if they occur. Upon request receipt will be provided to visitor for any repairs charged.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
