We have a great time! Everything is perfect.
Your condo and the rest of the resort is very clean and comfortable, I would defiantly recommend to a friend .

Everything is truly excellent. It is the perfect vacation we all needed!
If we have vacation in florida in the future,your condos is my first choice.

Recommended for: adventure seekers, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sight seeing, tourists without a car, romantic getaway

Phenomenal Experience

I contacted David & Tammy on the Sunday morning of my stay to schedule..I was initially going to head over to the Gulf Coast, however I had some business in the JAX area and felt that staying on the Atlantic side would make more sense logistically. I was a little bit leery because I've never stayed at an owner owned condo before, only hotels....all I can say is this - My experience was 100 Percent, true to form, immaculate and phenomenal. Everything that David and Tammy said, described and promised delivered true to form.

The condo was excellent and large enough for 2-3 people (although we only stayed two and slept in the same bed.) It had an excellent view of the beach and ocean. The resort was nice, although we didn't spend too much time anywhere except the beach and didn't really take advantage of any pool, hot tub, exercise facilities etc.

Daytona is a little sleepy in the summer, which was a dissapointment, but there is still a lot to do. Publix, Walgreens and other amenities and restaurants are within walking distance, however you need a car if you want to get to more central areas of Daytona. Additionally, the beach was extremely clean, wonderful and not very crowded (again, summertime so take this with a grain of salt.)

Overall, I would rate this visit a 10/10....David and Tammy delivered as promised and their condo was fantastic. The weather and beach were great.

** If visiting, I would strongly recommend heading to Saint Augustine for an evening (probably a 40 minute drive.) Beautiful town and a lot of history and restaurants.

Pristene accomodations, lovely views

I want to personally thank David and Tammy on their Daytona Shores Resort condo. We had the oceanview unit on the 7th floor. This was our first time ever staying in a condo. It was like a model unit, spotless and well furnished unit. All the comforts of home. Not one negative comment at all. Clean, spotless, the staff were very friendly. There is a business center where you can use the internet and stay in touch with friends back home. A restaurant, fitness center, sauna, hottubs, indoor/outdoor pools, and let's not forget the beach! Laundry facilities are available. There's a large PUBLIX grocery store across the street, and several restaurant chains across the street and within walking distance. Also a Walgreens. Plenty of souvenier shops to choose from too, all within walking distance. Immaculate. Perfect for family, couples, you name it. We definitely plan on returning and I highly recommend this to anyone considering going the condo route. You simply can't go wrong, trust me, you will not be sorry.
