Adorable cottage just 200 steps (just across A1A) from the beach, 10
miles from Daytona Speedway, and 5 miles from Main Street, Daytona
Beach. There are two bedrooms (king master and queen), a sun room
that has a queen size sleeper sofa and love seat, a dining area,
kitchen, and a family room. The yard is fenced-in, with patio, deck
furniture and charcoal grill and there is a single car garage. This
is one of the few places that pets are welcome!

Central a/c, grill, coffee maker, oven/range, toaster, washer/dryer, Directv
satellite cable tv with DVD player, stereo/CD, blender,
microwave, outdoor shower.
Cottage is equipped with sheets, blankets, pillows, towels, all kitchen utensils (pots, pans, dishes, silverware, etc). You may want to bring your own beach
towels.

Cottage is located approx. 5 miles from Daytona Beach Boardwalk, 10
miles to International Speedway, Daytona USA, Daytona Mall, and
Airport.
Also located approx. 45 minutes south of historic St. Augustine, 50
minutes north of Kennedy Space Center, and one hour east of Orlando
(Disney, EPCOT Center, and MGM Studios, Universal Studios, Wet n'
Wild Water Park, Discovery Cove and Sea World).

$625-$800 week, multiple weeks and monthly rates provide discounts
and vary.
Special Event (Speed Weeks, Bike Weeks, etc.) rates up to $1300 week.
Saturday to Saturday rentals (2pm check-in and 10:30am check out)
preferred but check-in/check-out dates and times always negotiable.
