Vacation Rental Description

This Cute and Cozy 2 bedroom 1 bath Cabin sits directly on the channel between the Upper and Lower 
Twin Lakes. You'll have 50' of your own beach which slopes gently to the water for swimming, 
fishing, boating or just relaxing. 8' x 20' private dock. The wood deck stretches across the back of 
the cabin for BBQ'ing, sunning, sipping coffee in the morning sun or your favorite beverage in the 
evening moonlight. 2 picture windows in the livingroom will have you gazing out at the glistening 
water and boats cruising by. The mountains and surrounding cabins add to the atmosphere of the 
breathtaking scenery. The property is completely fenced so your well behaved pet is welcome to join 
you on your vacation. (pets upon approval). 2 open air porches, gas BBQ grill and 50's style patio 
furniture....all you need are the steaks! 

Vacation Rental Amenities

570 sq. ft' of cozy cabin with 2 bedrooms and 1 small bath with shower.
1 Queen bed w/new mattress.  1 single bed.  Couch or Rollaway bed for additional people.
Kitchen is fully stocked. Stovetop cooking, full sized fridge, microwave, toaster oven, coffee 
maker, crock pot, all pots n pans, dishes, silver, every utensil imaginable including the corkscrew. 
Linens provided (but please bring your own beach towels). 
Gas BBQ grill, 50's style patio furniture.
TV w/dish/dvd/vhs.  Some movies and board games in the TV cabinet.
Your own 50' of beach, 8' x 20' private dock,  directly on the water.
Firepit and the best fishing ever!! Bring your pole (ask how to get your fishing license)
Sorry Folks, No Internet in this immediate area, so forget the work....just RELAX!
(there is however an Internet Cafe/book store in Spirit Lake...next town up!)
No Smoking inside the cabin....butt bucket outside for that!

Activities and Attractions

Roll out of bed, grab a cup of coffee to sip on, on your waterfront deck, or grab the fishing pole!!
Golf at Twin Lakes Village Golf Course. (just up the road)
30-35 mins. (south) to Historical Downtown Coeur d'Alene. Park your car and walk to every kind of 
shops, restaurants, antique malls and so much more. You can hike on Tubbs Hill, swim at the lake, 
golf at the world famous golf course, site seeing tours and just so very many family-freindly things 
to do and see. 
40-45 mins. the other way (north) and go to Sandpoint...the "Walking Town". Again, park and walk. 
Visit the favorite local "City Beach" and take in the most spectacular views of water and mountains.
Farragut State Park is only about 25 mins. east. It is the famous Naval Base w/museum, trails, 
hiking, historical information boards all along the way. Unforgetable views of Lake Pend Oreille. 
7 mins. north to Spirit Lake for groceries, laundromat, internet cafe/book store and fun "hidden" 
tiny restaurants (check out the "Hideaway"), karaoke, old fashioned ice cream/video shop. (gotta try 
the Huckleberry ice cream and homemade fudge!)
7 mins. south to Rathdrum for groceries, laundromat, restaurants and much more. 
OR.... just stay at the Cabin, fish, hike, RELAX!
There is a boat launch just steps away.

Vacation Rental Rates

$700.00 weekly    $100.00 nightly (3 day min) for up to 3 people   $50.00 pr person additional
July 1 - 8 rate is $850.00 pr week -or- $125.00 pr night 
Ironman is available @ $900.00 between 18th - 24th of June
7 1/2% Service fee
4 day minimun on holiday weekends @ $125.00 pr night
$400.00 security deposit / refundable 21 days from departure
$75.00 cleaning fee
Winter and off season rates upon request.
Incentive rates for Local Residents!
Canoe is available for $50 per week and a signed contract of liability and responsibility.
