The house is located in great place.... we are close to the beach...you can jump on the bikes ride
to Newport pier, Balboa pier, Huntington beach Pier - it takes about 1 minute to walk to the
beach... we have a big wagon that you can load everything up ... to make it super easy to spend a
fun day camped on our beautiful beach...

We also have a great private clubhouse.. with pool, volleyball court, basket ball court.. tennis
court... showers... park to enjoy... it is the best of both worlds...

We also have some great places to eat walking distance from the house... some of the best food in
Newport Beach .. right there.... you will love it...
