are situated around the house.  Sunrise or sunset, the soothing views from our decks will 
renew your spirits and rejuvinate your soul. 

This upscale 3 bedroom, 2 bath, mountain chalet nestled between the Smokey and Blue Ridge Mountains 
and overlooking the Maggie Valley Country Club Golf Course awaits your arrival.  

Snow activites in the winter or horseback riding and water sports in the summer are 
just some of the activities you can enjoy. We're a short drive to the Blue Ridge Parkway, Cherokee 
Reservation and Harrah's Casino, antique shopping in Waynesville, and "Ghost Town In The Sky".  This 
home is a wonderful "get-a-way" to relax and enjoy some peace and quiet...read a book, take a nap or 
just venture into the woods for some great hiking.  What about white water rafting? Skiing? It's not 
far away. The Cataloochee Ski Resort is just down the street!  

So don't waste any more precious time, you need to experience one of lifes greatest "get-away"

Sunday thru Thursday Night
$85.00 Per Night

Friday & Saturday Night
$135.00 Per Night

(four night minimum)

No Smoking or Pets allowed in Home.  Your security deposit will be automatically forfeited. 

$275.00 Security Deposit required at time of booking.

Checks, Travelers Checks, Money Orders, and All Major Credit Cards accepted. 

Rental fees to be paid no less than 30 days prior to arrival. 

Cancellation of booking 30 days or less prior to arrival, security deposit will be forfeited. 
Cancellation of booking 10 days or less prior to arrival, all fees are non-refundable. 

Security Deposit will be refunded within one week of departure less a $80 cleaning fee and less any 
damages if they occur.  Receipt will be provided to visitor for any repairs charge upon request. 

Key code will be provided upon receipt of rental balance. Leave key in house at time of departure. 

We are not responsible for lost or stolen personal items.
