Rent our 2 Bed/2 Bath beachfront condo located in Tower 4 of South Seas Club.  South Seas Club is a gated community on the beach. Our unit offers a spectacular view of the pool and the beautiful white sandy beach of Marco Island. The master bedroom is furnished with a king-sized bed.  The second bedroom has two twin-sized beds. The living room has a pull-out sleep sofa. Fully equipped kitchen. Both bedrooms and the living room have sliding glass doors out to the balcony with direct views of the beach and pool. Cable TV in living room and master bedroom.

Just north of us within easy walking distance is Tigertail Beach where non-motorized water craft can be rented and where there is a small children's play area.

Pets and smoking are not permitted.

Daytime activities revolve around Marco Island's beautiful white sand beach which is perfect for a walk, shelling, building sand castles or just relaxing. Just north of us within easy walking distance is Tigertail Beach where non-motorized water craft can be rented and where there is a small children's play area. About a mile south on the beach is the hotel area with typical resort activities such as windsurfing, wave runners, sightseeing boat trips, parasailing, etc.

Tennis, boating, fishing and golf are available on or just off the island.

There are several shopping areas and many stores on the island. In addition, there is a factory outlet mall just off the island and a large regional mall in Naples.

The Everglades are about a half hour south of Marco and provide the opportunity to stroll along nature trails, rent canoes, take airboat tours and see alligators. You can also take day excursions by boat or plane to Key West.

The nearest major airport is Southwest Florida International (RSW) in Ft. Myers which is about one hour from Marco Island.

Rental Rates (Monthly minimum rental February & March, weekly minimum
other times):

May - December 19th:       $2000/month, $800/week
December 19th - January:  $4200/month, $1800/week
February & March:              $4500/month
April:                                   $4200/month, $1800/week
Plus taxes, security deposit and $20 parking registration fee

I pay opening, administration, and cleaning fees. Lease, keys and
assistance available from local management company on island.
