Beautiful oceanfront condo on the 5th floor which was remodeled in 2009. This includes 2 queen beds, a "click-click" couch (see attached photos) that sleeps 2, full kitchen, new 2009 18c.u. foot refrigerator, electric stove & microwave, dining table with 4 chairs, new AC unit, remodeled full bath with new tiled floor. New 2010 balcony offers the most beautiful oceanfront views up & down Daytona Beach along with views of the Mickey Mouse style pool and D.J. Hut for daytime entertainment and a 2009 LCD Flat Screen TV with the CD/DVD and videogame player. Feel free to bring your own play station, Xbox, etc. On occasion you can see the dolphins at play.

There are three pools, an olympic size, indoor heated pool & kiddie pool. A Tiki bar with live entertainment. Hammocks to lie on and rocking chairs under a thatched roof to look out at the ocean which doubles as a D.J. Hut for daytime entertainment. Access to the World Famous Daytona Beach. There is a 9 hole mini-golf course and shuffelboard court. A breakfast cafe, a polynesian luau/dinner show. A gift shoppe and game area. Plenty of free parking.
In the summertime months you and your family will be able to enjoy Dive-In movies with popcorn and soft drinks availabe for $1.00 a piece. JOIN THE FUN !!!

vacation rental rates
All year round weekly rental (minimum seven day stay) $350.00 to $750.00. A mail-in deposit of $150.00 is required to secure the room and will be deducted from your balance which will be due upon your arrival.
