Vacation Rental Description

Beautiful 3,000 sq foot Lake house located in the high demand Heights area of Houghton Lake.  
Houghton Lake is the largest inland lake in the State of Michigan.  This Spacious lake House is 
located right on the lake itself and has its own Private dock.  The home has 6 bedrooms up and 
downstairs for use.  Most bedrooms include multiple beds: 1 Queen, 4 doubles, 2 twins and one set of 
bunk beds.  We offer plenty of frontages to secure you boats.  The lake house has a large Living 
room area as well as an attached Lakeview Porch.

Vacation Rental Amenities

The lake House Has the Following extra Features that you will love: Cable TV, Full bath, Beautiful 
Lake view Porch.  Full Kitchen with Dishwasher,  Frigerator and Stove, Pot, pans. Kitchenware, 
Silverware (Pretty much everything you need for the kitchen).  We have a large stone fireplace for 
those cozy nights around the fire. One gas grill and all the tools you need for the perfect grilling 
experience and kitchen towels are included (No Pillows or comforters are however ... do to sanitary 
reasons).

Activities and Attractions

The Houghton Lake Area is packed full of wonderful things to do.  If you are in into water sports, 
the lake house is a block away from one of the largest boat, Jet Ski and water rental shops in 
Houghton lake.  If you have you own equipment the nearest boat launch is right at the end of our 
road (walking distance). There is a local park and beach less than a block down the road as well for 
the kids.  Houghton lake is wonderful for kids of all ages...it is shallow as well as sandy.  Great 
for Swimming, Boating, Skiing etc. .  Houghton Lake has been called the fisherman’s dream.  Food:  
they have everything from a sit down restraunt to local pubs and fast-food.  Family entertainment is 
in vast ...Shopping, Go carts , Haunted houses, Spas, Putter golf, Bike trails, Two Kids amusement 
parks, Water slides , Bumper boats, batting Cages... the list goes on and on.  To top it all off is 
a close by.  You are only a couple miles from state hunting land.  Do you love to Golf?   There are 
three local golf course with wonderful rankings all a stone throw away.

Vacation Rental Rates

In season:      $1200.00 Per Week (Sat. 3pm - Sat 10am.)
Off season (Oct-May):      $1000 per week (Sat. 3pm - Sat 10am.)
The weeks of 4th of July, Memorial day, labor Day. Thanksgiving, Christmas and the 2 weeks of Tip-up 
town:    $1,500 Per week (Fri 6pm - Friday 2pm)
