Vacation Rental Description

Our home is located directly across from Camelback Mountain.  It has 3 Brs, 3 Bths and sleeps 10.  
(2) Bedrooms have queen beds and one has 2 single beds.  There is a queen sleeper in the living 
room.  Sit by the fire on those chilly nights or on the deck during those gorgous Pocono evenings.  
This home boasts the best mountain and valley views in the community.  The kitchen comes fully 
equipped with all the modern ammenities, such as DW, microwave, and toaster.  There is a 
Washer/Dryer in the basement, along with a Queen sleeper sofa, TV/VCR/DVD, combination air 
hockey/pool table and a full bath with heated tile floor.   Finally,(for a fee)utilize the outdoor 
pool, tennis courts and exercise facility located at the community club house.  SORRY NO SMOKING OR 
PETS ALLOWED.

Vacation Rental Amenities

A/C, Central Heat pump and individual electric baseboard heat, Ceiling Fans, telephone, (2) Combo 
TV/VCR/DVD, alarm clock, cable, O/D grill, Air Hockey/Pool Table, Washer/Dryer, Deck furniture, DW.
Blankets and pillows.  TOWELS AND SHEETS NOT PROVIDED.

Vacation Rental Rates

Off Season (April 5 to May 24th and Sept 6 to November 22) 2 nights $750, 3 nights $800.  Week 
            $1100. Month $1450 + electric.  
Summer     (May 24th to Sept 6th) 2 nights $750  3 nights $850.  Week $1200. Month $1750 + electric
Winter     (November 22nd to March 31) 2 nights $1000 3 nights $1200 Week $1600. Month $3500 + 
            electric

additional $75 Cleaning fee required.
