Beautiful Affordable Condo in Paradise Location in Siesta Key

Our affordable paradise condo is part of a privately owned and well
maintained condominium complex located across the street from the
world famous Crescent Beach on beautiful Siesta Key. Sea Winds is
located on Midnight Pass Road south of Stickney Point Bridge. It is a
very short walk (3-4 minutes) to the soft brilliant white powdery sand
and beautiful blue-green water of Crescent Beach. We wish our guests
plenty of sunshine, clear blue water, beautiful sunsets, walks on the
powdery sand, relaxation and lots of fun...and many fond memories that
keep you longing to return again and again.

Charming, very well maintained, and spacious 2 bedroom/2 full bath condo with upgraded furnishings and a beach decor. Ground floor (park right outside your front door!) with a private screened lanai and paver patio area surrounded by palm trees and tropical foliage.The condo is fully equipped with wireless internet, central air, gas grill, dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave, cable, 2  televisions, DVD/VCR, linens including beach towels, beach chairs, and local telephone service. Kitchen has coffeemaker, toaster oven, and full range of small appliances, dishes, glassware, and pots/pans. Sleeps 4, with a queen bed in master, twin beds in second bedroom, and a queen sofa sleeper in living room. Building complex has a heated outdoor swimming pool and coin-operated laundry facilities (next door to the condo). The amenities offered will ensure a very pleasurable stay and a longing to return. A local property manager and handyman are on call if there are any problems or immediate concerns. SeaWinds is centrally located within a very short walking distance to beach, shops, grocery store, drug store, and casual and fine dining.

Siesta Key and the surrounding area offer a wide variety of
entertainment opportunities including golf, historic sites and
museums, aquariums, symphonies, ballet, art galleries, casual and fine
dining, shopping, and of course, swimming and sunbathing. Siesta Key
and Sarasota areas offer all varieties and prices of dining
experiences and we are sure you will find many favorites. Some of the
most popular water activities include kayaking, sailing, canoeing,
fishing, parasailing, shelling, and snorkeling. Famous St. Armand's
Circle is located on Lido Key, just a short distance on the other side
of downtown Sarasota. Disney World is a 2 hour drive from Siesta Key.
Siesta Key is a beautiful year-round tropical paradise offering
something for everyone.

May-Sept: 750 wk/1450 month
Oct-Nov: 800 wk/2400 month
Dec: 900 wk/2800 month

TWO WEEK MINIMUM
Holiday Rates: Rentals add 10% to rates for Easter weeks (including the week before and after), Fourth of July week, and Christmas week. $300 security deposit
for rentals 2 weeks or longer due at time of reservation. Refunded
within 14 days after departure, subject to condition of condo and any
damages to contents. Total payment is due 60 days prior to arrival
date. Non-refundable if reservation is canceled within 60 days of
arrival date unless able to rent for the same time period and $$
amount; $75 fee if canceled before 60 days of arrival date.
Full balance is due 60 days prior to arrival date. Add $85 for
cleaning and 12% Florida tax. Refund of paid amount will be given upon
cancellation ONLY if the condo can be rented for the same time and amount.
Guests under the age of 23 must be accompanied by a parent who stays
in the condo. Guests from Florida must be 26 years of age, Sea Winds owners Rules and Regulations are strictly enforced and removal from condo will occur if noncompliance is reported.
The condo is Non-Smoking.
