Lovely Venice Villa - (LOCATION, LOCATION) Beachfront Studio in Venice

Venice Villas is a two-story condo complex with several
efficiencies/studios. It consists of
studios either in the front or back side of the building. My unit
faces directly the beach and is on the ground floor. The units door opens
directly to the beach entrance with unblocked views and is just steps away from the beach/sea.  I included a photo with the view from the unit.  The Gazebo is where the beach starts.  Approx.  1 min. walk to reach the sea.

I purchased this studio/efficiency for my own weekend enjoyment as I
live in Tampa. It is approx. 75 minutes from Tampa Int'l Aiport and accomodates ideally two people. The living and bedroom area
in the same room just like a comfortable and nicely decorated decent
size room.


I included a scan of the recommendation letter. It reads " Dear
Selcuk, I want to thank you again for the rent of unit #47 Venice Villa March to
March 2008. The unit was very clean and the neighbours were very friendly people. Location, ocation, location, the pool was 20' from my front door and was cleaned every day, and the ocean and beach at the end of the street was
also very relaxinb. I would definitely stay there again, we had a
wonderful time... Sincerely... R. G."

Another recommendation from an e-mail from renter in Feb. 2009 reads as follows: 

"Dear Selcuk,  

We had a great time in your little studio. We are very satisfied with everything and we appreciate that you have chosen furniture from the Swedish company IKEA ,that make us feel like home. We likeed Venice very mutch, a small town where we could find waht we needed especially the Carnies Pub where we was several times and enjojed the musik and the atmosfaire. Also the golf course Lake Venice was a good experience with frindly people and a nice course. Now we are back in Sweden where it is still cold and little sun but we hope that the spring will appear soon. Have a nice time" Bo D. (From Sweden).

The location of the studio is midway between the fishing pier and
downtown - both around 15 - 20 minute walks away.

For those who are familiar with Venice - my favorite is strolling in
downtown Venice or walking on the  beach 20 minutes to Sharky's (A beach side restaurant), watch the sunset with a margarita and walk
back.

What do other's do? They search for historic shark teeth, sun bathe,
swim or fish - right from the beach.

Venice is a short drive from Sarasota - another similarly affluent
city with well developed arts scene, the Ringling Museum, Jungle Gardens and a variety of fine dining options... A quick online search can provide more details.

For those travelling overseas - Orlando (2 hrs), Naples (1 hr), Miami
(3 hr) are all great day trip options... St. Petersburg and Tampa can be reached within less than 90 minutes.

For shoppers, in addition to local Venice boutiques, Ellenton Factory
Outlet is also a short drive away (approx. 20 min.)

This is ultimately a "beach" place for those seeking serenity and
enjoy Florida activities from fishing to fine dining...

And a new letter from April 09 renters reads: "I would like to say we had a wonderful time.  The accomodation worked out great for two of us.  The weather was perfect and the location was great for day trips.  The residents at the villas were very friendly and helpful with all types of useful information (dining, shopping, places to visit etc.) The city of Venice is a lovely place.  We were sad when it came time to leave.  We will definitely return.  Thanks again for being so accomodating."   Tammy M.

and $60 cleaning fee which is also subject 11% tax***


A security deposit of $200 is required.

Rental Payment + Security Deposit must be received in full at least
30 days prior to arrival date.

Cancelletion Policy: If cancelation notice is received less than 30
days prior arrival date,
security deposit is not refundable
