Vacation Rental Description

It is dynamically furnished. It has two bedrooms and  2 1/2 baths. It is a Single level home (no  
Stairs) with 1800 sq. ft.  Each wing has a large and luxurious master suite with a four piece marble  
bath with a  full size soaking tub and a large separate walk in Marble shower  and stone counter  
tops. Both suites include walk in closets, California King beds and fine linens. This home includes  
a large powder room all with marble and limestone. The large open living area with a fireplace  
features  a separate dining room and kitchen with soaring 11 foot high ceilings, new granite slab  
counters and bar area with stainless steel appliances in kitchen with travertine floors. Equipped  
with two 42 inch flat screen LCD TV's in living room and master bedroom and one 15 inch in kitchen.  
Tv also provided in guest bedroom. An attached garage for 2 cars with direct access, and all new  
designer furnishings make this a spectacular vacation home. It has its own private backyard with its  
own private pool which is fully walled and gated. Mountain views from the private yard both back and  
front of the home. As you will see in person it has a wonderful elevation from the street creating  
lots of privacy.  It is close to major golf courses nearby. Close to restaurants,  
casinos, nightlife and shopping. The property is LOCATED South of Vista Chino adjacent to the Movie  
Colony and only 3 blocks from Desert Hospital.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Swimming pool with direct access  from the master bedroom and living area of the house. The pool is   
salt water which great for your skin (no chemicals) .(it is  heated for $12.00 per day at 88  
degrees), pool rafts provided, patio, high speed internet and WiFi, telephone-UNLIMITED  long  
distance within US & Canada, new kitchen with stainless  appliances GE Monogram, stove/oven,  
refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer, gas fireplace, central air and  
heat, ceiling fans,  blender, coffee maker and grinder, cooking utensils provided, dishes/cookware,  
gas grill, alarm clocks, iron/ironing board, cable TV,DVD, VCR, stereo, CD player, all towels and  
linens provided.  
 
                       This is a non smoking property.
