Spring Rates: May 1 - June  30 per Month $2500
Summer Rates: July 1 - Sept 30 per Month $2250 (Summer Discount)

We do not accept any daily or weekly rentals.  No exceptions. Monthly rentals are the minimum we will consider.Please note we do not rent for less than 28 days per rental period.

Cleaning Fee: $100 per stay.

Cancellation policy:
0-45 days Cancellation fee of 45% of Total Invoice
31-60 days 25% Refund of Reservation Deposit plus 20 % Service fee of Total invoice).
61 days + Refund of Reservation Deposit less
15% service fee of total Invoice

No Refund on or after the  the agreed  1st day of reserved Tenancy . No refund on or after the 1st day of agreed date of Arrival as per confirmed reservation.
