We do not accept any daily or weekly rentals.  No exceptions. Monthly rentals are the minimum we will consider.Please note we do not rent for less than 28 days per rental period.

30% Reservation Deposit required at time of booking.Full payment due

Cancellation policy:

All Reservations are refundable up to 60 days before arrival less a service fee
of 25% of the total invoice. An additional Payment of (25%) of the Total
reservation is forfeited if canceled less then 59 days before scheduled arrival.
. No refunds after occupancy has begun.
