Vacation Rental Description

Located in the tranquil valley of Fountain Hills, with a quiet small 
town atmosphere and no traffic. It is surrounded by captivating 
mountains and desert.

There are numerous stores, cafes, restaurants, and saloons, all 
located in the heart of town, which is adjacent to the beautiful 64 
acre public park which includes a 29 acre lake with the worlds 
tallest fountain. A peaceful place to just sit, picnic, or walk 
around the paths an enjoy the magnificent view of the park, lake, 
fountain, with the mountains in the background an a gorgeous royal 
blue sky. A perfect dream atmosphere.

This condo is located only 25 miles from Phoenix Harbor Airport, and 
10 minutes from Scottsdale.

This is a beautifully decorated upper unit, fully furnished, with 
two bedrooms and two baths. It has a prime view overlooking the 
pool, Fort McDowell Indian Reservation and full mountain views.    

Both bedrooms have patio doors to the balcony along with the living 
room.  You can sit in the morning with your coffee and watch the 
wildlife in the desert (Coyotes, rabbits, small wild pigs and 
birds).

and more.

Master bedroom has king size bed, full bath, walk-in closet, and 
balcony overlooking the beautiful pool, hot tub, desert, and 
mountains.

Second bedroom has a queen size bed, full bath, and two large 
closets. It also has a balcony overlooking the pool, hot tub, desert 
and mountains.

Living room has a sleeper sofa bed and a doorwall which also opens 
to balcony, overlooks pool, hot tub,desert and mountains.  

The kitchen and dining area are open to the living room.  

Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, water filter and 
all necessary untensils you would have in your own home.

Full size washer and dryer off of the kitchen.

Large private balcony.

Shared heated pool, jacuzzi, fitness center, BBQ grills.

Air conditioning.

3 Cable TV's with VCR DVD players.

3 cordless phones with answering machine.

Stereo CD.

Note: The pictures have not been updated as of the remodeling of the 
Master bedroom and Living room. The master Bedroom has been 
repainted with a beautiful tan color and $5000.00 dollars of 
beautiful new furniture. The living room has a new lovely kitchen 
table, chairs, end tables,lamps, and coffee table (the coffee table 
has to be delivered yet)at a total cost of $3000.00 dollars. This is 
just not a rental unit, the owner also stays here, with the 
intention of spending winters sometime in the future. This already 
is a nice condo but will be extravagant when totally remodeled next 
spring.

There is everything to do for all ages and desires, due it being 
centrally located.

This unit has all the information available in it from the Chamber 
of Commerce on all activities and attractions for the year.

Sit and relax by the beautiful pool and jacuzzi which overlooks the 
desert and mountains.  

Work out in the full fitness room.

3 minutes to the town and park of Fountain Hills.

5 minutes to Fort McDowell Casino.

10 minutes to Scottsdale with all the shops, art galleries, dining 
and night life.

20 minutes to breath taking Saguro Lake and Recreation area.  Take a 
paddle boat tour or a slow tubing ride down the Verde and Salt River 
as you float by the cliffs of the mountains.  

2 hours to Sedona, Arizona.

4 hours to the Grand Canyon.

3 hours to the Mexidan border, then 1 hour to beautiful Pureto 
Penasco (Rocky Pointe) Mexico.  No passports needed and hardly any 
customs.

tax.

Prices Include All Cleaning Fees and Resort Fees. Spa treatments and
