Large kitchen w/ hardwood floors, mud room, rear deck w/table/chairs. 1st Floor Master Bedroom. 
Laundry Room w/washer and dryer. Living room, family room. 2nd floor has 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath.

We have been renting for approx 5-6 years on another home, id#8987. We have excellent 
references and this home is as tastefully furnished as our lake home (id 8987). Thanks for 
looking. 

3 Full beds, 1 queen and a double fouton for sleeping. Master bedroom has queen and 1 full.

Vacation Rental Rates

Rates are as follows:
$1000 per week off season

$1300 per week June 1 - July 22

$1600 per week during the track

$2000 per week Travers week

Check in Wed noon, check out Tuesday noon during track meet

We will do overnights in the off season, min. 2 nights at $300 per night. Also, in winter, will do 
short term rental for families in process of moving/building. Call for details.
