entertaining and adjacent dining area.

Only steps to the beautiful ocean!!! Large pool with separate toddler pool. The cabana/clubhouse
has an eating area and gas grill available and can be reserved to use for meetings (WiFi available),
picnics, reunions or kids parties. The cabana has convenient, clean bathrooms so it is not necessary
to go into condo from beach or pool. Shower and 2 shuffleboard courts are pool-side for your
convenience.

Easy loading and unloading with the valet carts and grocery carts available on the property. This
unit is conveniently located to the elevator and stairs.

Walk across the street to the grocery store, beach shop, liquor store and several restaurants
(perfect for take-out)!!!

Plenty of gorgeous beach space to enjoy. If safety is a concern, the lifeguard chair is closeby and
this is a non-driving beach so you can relax and let the kids play!!! Everyone will enjoy Fun in
the Sun!!!! Your beach chairs, beach umbrella and beach toys are awaiting you. . . . (provided
