Our condominium Building 8 Canterbury Court ground level, is located
on a 145-acre oceanfront resort
with 24-hour security. It overlooks a beautiful freshwater lake with
fountain surrounded by tall
pines and plenty of open space. A walking bridge across the lake
leads to one of more than ten pools
on the property. Sidewalks lead to the beach and to the many
activities that are on the property.
Our property is located on the ground floor in Canterbury Court.
A health club is a short walk away (at additional cost). There are
also hot tubs near the beach
along with 9 pools and a (splash water park at additional cost ) .
You can enjoy over a half mile of
white beach that is great for families. A short walk on the beach
will take you to the longest pier
on the east coast.
The living room has a sleeper sofa, love seat, coffee table, end
table with lamp, ceiling fan and TV
and DVD/TIVO player with cable and HBO. There is a screened-in porch
with a table and two chairs.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed with two lamps, two night
stands, dresser with mirror and
TV . It also has full bath with all linens included. Second bedroom
has twin beds with lamp and

Do the owners Live here ?No they are from Maryland about 6 hours away.They do have family that are with the South Carolina State Police Department who Live at Kingston Plantation near the Canterbury Court Villa.
How close to the beach are you? .Well The entire ocean front resort from point to point is 1/3 of a mile with winding paths to the ocean in this gated community with no major roads to cross.
I don't like to walk ?There is a Fleet of Free limos on call for you 24 hours a day just dial 0 and be ready they arrive fast in about a 2 or 3 minutes.
Is this area secure? .Yes it s a gated community with security at all gates and on patrol 24 hours a day.Your room aslo has a security alarm.
Is my villa up a lot of steps? .No steps ground floor.
Is there an elevator that I have to wait on? .No elevator.
Where do I park? .We are Canterbury the only ones with owners private gated parking outside the room only 50 feet away. we will give you the code to open the gate.
