lobby.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Amenities include Olympic pool, jacuzzi, 2 tennis courts, fitness center and 24 hour security/gates.  
Non-smoker please.

Only minutes away from the famous St. Armands Circle in Sarasota, Fl. Shops and fine/casual dining  
all around you.

Vacation Rental Rates

Winter months December thru March require minimum of one month rental. Rates range from 4-6K/mo.  
depending on which month. Will discount rate for mutliple month stay. 
 
During spring/summer, we are open to two week minimums. Rates are negotiable due to month selected.
