 Located 145km south of Cancun, Casa Tucan is located 8,5 kms from Tulum pueblo, on the road that leads to the Sian Ka an Biosphere. (entrance at 2,5kms)

 To preserve this nature,Tulum is an eco-tourist area, meaning there is no electricity on the beach. Casa Tucan is powered by batteries charged with a generator . 
 The rustic cabaña has a charming thatched roof for natural air- conditioning, and is surrounded by beautiful palm trees and chits. .The beach is a short 100 feet across the street from the property. 

Fully equiped kitchen .  Four burner stove.

Towels provided, sheets changed 2x week.
