Country Club on the"Championship" semi-private Golf Course designed by Ted Robinson. This beautiful 
vacation home is not so big you will get lost, it has just enough square footage to call "cozy" but 
yet spacious. The home features 3 bedrooms and 1 3/4 bath, a big living room, a great room, a good 
sized kitchen with a center island for extra seating. Plus an extra room for the washer and dryer 
which leads to the 2-car attached garage. The whole house has been professionally decorated. 
Starting with the Master Bedroom Suite with attached bathroom with walk-in shower and dual sinks. 
Complete with a King Size Pillow Top Bed and all new furnishings, sliding mirrored double closet 
doors, ceiling fan with lighting, large color TV with satellite on swivel to enjoy while relaxing in 
bed, and sliding glass doors leading to patio / backyard.
Second Bedroom is complete with a Queen Size Pillow Top Bed and all new furnishings including 
sliding mirrored closet doors, a writing desk and internet hook-up. 
Third Bedroom is complet with 2 Twin Size Beds and all new furnishings including sliding mirrored 
closet doors, entertainment center with TV and satellite.
Second Bathroom is a full bath located near the 2nd bedroom with bathtub, shower, and one sink.

June 1, 2008 thru August 31, 2008      $499.00 week / $1,900.00 month

Sept. 1, 2008 thru Oct. 31, 2008       $825.00 week / $2,500.00 month

November 1, 2008 thru May 31, 2009     $975.00 week / $2,750.00 month

30% Deposit required upon making reservation. 
Full payment due 60 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy: No refunds within 60 days of arrival date.
5% fee applied to all cancellations.

$100-295 non-refundable cleaning fee (depends on length of stay)
Holiday Week: $100 extra
Extra Persons: $50 extra per person/per week
