accommodations.   When you arrive at Wolfe’s Beach Den, you’ll realize it’s not just “any” home.   
This is your vacation home, away from home, in paradise.  Remodeled in February 2008, this ranch  
home has had no detail overlooked.  You’ll immediately feel the tranquility that this home will  
provide during your stay.  You will enjoy the large, open rooms, natural sunlight beaming  
throughout, and magnificent views of the Gulf of Mexico and the canal to the bay.    We all know  
that a lot of time and energy goes into planning the perfect vacation.  Let us share our home with  
you.  We also have spent much time planning and preparing for your visit so you will enjoy every  
moment.  You may come for a week, a month, or maybe more, but you’ll want to stay a lifetime. 
 
This remodeled, waterfront, ranch home, offers gorgeous views of the Gulf of Mexico, and is located  
directly across the street from the beach, at 5167 Estero Blvd.  Feel the sand beneath your toes in  
less than a minute walk from the front door of the house.  Here you can gaze out at the tranquil  
waters, walk the seven miles of white, sugar sand beach, watch the amazing sunsets, and enjoy the  
invitingly slow pace of Florida island living.  Wolfe’s Beach Den has three bedrooms, two full  
baths, a brand new, gorgeous kitchen, living and dining area, and a large screened in sun porch with  
your own private, oversized hot tub. 
 
The great room offers wonderful views of the Gulf of Mexico.  Here you can look out over the  
expansive back yard, take in a movie or your favorite TV show, curl up with a good book or find the  
stillness in your life that everyday stresses take away.  Let the serenity of your vacation with us,  
calm your soul and rejuvenate your life again.  The 16 foot wall of sliding glass doors opens to the  
screened in sun porch and hot tub.   Here you can soak your tensions away in the soothing warmth of  
the hot tub, while watching the many birds that frequent the yard and canal.  The living room  
provides a queen size sleeper sofa if an additional sleeping area is needed. 
 
For those who love to cook, you’ll find it hard to pull yourself out of the state-of-the-art, fully  
equipped, modern kitchen.  Tile counters, custom spice cabinets, new appliances, a large island with  
breakfast bar, and a bistro corner are just a few of the highlights.  Even if you don’t like to  
cook, you’ll find yourself drawn to the kitchen for the awesome views of the Gulf of Mexico and to  
watch the daily happenings of beach life on Estero Blvd. 
 
At the end of your day you’ll welcome your retreat to the master suite.  Slumber peacefully on the  
new king size bed, or catch the evening news on your in-room TV.  Wake to an invigorating shower in  
your ensuite bathroom, or relax in the hot tub on the sun porch from your connecting patio door. 
 
The second bedroom has a queen size bed, while the third offers two twin beds.  Both rooms have in- 
room TV’s as well.  Wolfe’s Beach Den is also equipped with high speed wireless cable internet and  
unlimited local and domestic long distance calling, for those who need to stay in touch while in  
paradise.  We’ve also provided you with a computer so you don’t have to bring yours. 
 
This home sits on a beautiful canal and provides you with excellent fishing right from your own back  
yard.  Rent a boat or kayak, or bring your own.  You can explore Estero Bay and the Gulf of Mexico  
right from the back yard.  In season, pick fresh mangos and tangerines from the fruit trees in the  
yard, or enjoy the incredible smell of the citrus blossoms.

Phones with unlimited local and domestic long distance calling, air conditioning, 4 Cable TV’s, DVD,  
CD Player, Wireless High Speed Cable Internet included, ceiling fans in all bedrooms, dining room  
and the lanai, full kitchen with all amenities, microwave, dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, cooking  
utensils provided, linens provided, washer, dryer, private hot tub, beach towels, iron and ironing  
board, daily housekeeping and turn down service available. Kayaks, bikes, and other items are also  
available through our rental department.  
 
For those who want a truly relaxing vacation, we offer full concierge service, daily housekeeping  
and turn down services.  Let us know how our concierge can assist you.  We can arrange for special  
occasion items to be waiting for you, or that special someone in your party, upon your arrival.   
Groceries, fresh fruit baskets, floral arrangements, a Harley rental, boat rentals, limo/dinner  
packages, an in-house massage, are all things that we can arrange for you to make your vacation  
ultra special.  Do you need a crib or high chair for a little one?  Kayaks to explore Estero Bay  
with?  Golf clubs so you don’t have to bring yours?  Let us know.  We offer a full rental department  
for those “extra” items that you may need or don’t want to bring.  Everything is delivered to you on  
your arrival and picked up on the day of your departure.  So you can relax on your vacation in

Activities and Attractions

Wolfe’s Beach Den is conveniently located close to many shops, restaurants, and a movie theatre.   
Walk or ride the bike path to see the island, or catch the trolley into Times Square or Bonita  
Springs for a quarter a ride.  Enjoy one of the most beautiful beaches in Florida where you can swim  
with dolphins and manatees or search for shells and sand dollars.  Charter boats, jet ski’s and  
parasailing rentals are within walking distance.  Enjoy a day or night out on the Casino boat or  
take the Key West Ferry for a day adventure to Key West.  Catch some of the local artists at one of  
the many beach bars, enjoy great restaurants and fantastic shopping.  Looking for something to do  
after the beach?  There are numerous golf courses, mini golf, frisbee golf, libraries, a movie  
theater, water park, and much, much more.  Further out you can enjoy museums, the Shell Factory, the  
Imaginarium, Calusa Nature Center, Naples Zoo, or an Everglades Airboat or Swamp Buggy adventure.

Vacation Rental Rates

Off Season – May 1 – Nov 30 ....... $1000/week 
Peak Season – Dec 1 – April 30 .... $1400/week 
Christmas and New Years  - $1600 per week 
 
The above pricing is based on 6 persons occupancy.  For an additional 2 occupants add $200/week,  
plus tax to the above rates. 
 
Add 11% FL Sales Tax and a $500.00 refundable security deposit. Rates include all utilities and  
final cleaning.  All stays over 10 nights include weekly cleaning and your departure clean.   
Arrival/departure days of the week are flexible to fit your vacation schedule.
