Vacation Rental Description

You'll enjoy this recently renovated home in a quiet location in Sun 
City (Phase 3). This home features king size beds in both bedrooms, 
cable for both T.V.'s, high speed internet and a new 
barbeque to let you enjoy all the comforts of home. Both the 
screened and outdoor patios overlook a large yard with citrus trees, 
allowing you to enjoy your breakfasts in the morning sunshine 
indoors or out. Hummingbirds are daily visitors to the numerous 
flowering shrubs and trees.
 

Vacation Rental Amenities

There are numerous restaurants in the area along with shopping of all types. Sun City is only 10 
minutes away from the new Cardinal Stadium, Coyote hockey and a number of pro-baseball's spring 
training camps. 

Activities and Attractions

This is a retirement community so at least one member of the 
household must be 55. Passes to enjoy the numerous Recreation 
Centres are available at nominal cost, which provides discounted 
access to the 8 golf courses (about $30 per round) as well as pools, fitness and all 
sports facilites. You won't be bored. Goggle Recreation Centres of

Vacation Rental Rates

At present we are accepting enquiries for periods of three months or greater. Thank you.

Monthly rentals are preferred, with discounts for 5 
or 6 month full winter rentals. 
Pre-Christmas rates are $1,500 for monthly rentals during this period. January and April rates are 
$1,800, while February and March are $2,000 per month.
A $500 refundable damage deposit is requied, with a 50% rental 
deposit required 60 days prior to booking. 
A $100 cleaning charge will apply.  
All rates are in US Dollars.
