Just one year old, exquisitely decorated 4 BR/4BA home on cul-de-sac in quiet,upscale “Kure  
Estates” neighborhood.  3,000+ su ft. home features an ELEVATOR and ground floor "mini-master" with  
private bath.  2nd floor has a spacious, open living area with hardwood floors, gas fireplace, large  
dining table, game table, separate “media room” with 55in HDTV/ DVD/VCR and full bath. The gourmet  
kitchen has granite countertops, stainless appliances and is completely stocked with dishware, pots  
and pans, an array of utensils, lots of linens, even a salad spinner and spices!  The 3rd floor has  
a very large master with a door to back deck, a beautiful bathroom w/ Jacuzzi tub, walk-in shower  
and large walk-in closet.  Two addtional bedrooms share 4th full bath with double sinks. Ceiling  
fans in every room.  Get a glimpse of the ocean while rocking on the front porch, listen to the  
waves while sitting on either of two full length back decks or head to the roof-top observation deck  
to view sunrises over the ocean, sunsets over Wilmington and AMAZING star-filled night skies!   Our  
beds are “heavenly” with top-of-the-line mattresses, toppers, and INCLUDE luxurious sheets.  Towels  
are also included! 
 
Short walk (3 1/2 minutes/1,000ft) to a PRIVATE neighborhood beach access complete with restroom,  
shower, gazebo, and parking.  Beaches are wide and never crowded.
