Vacation Rental Description

Welcome (and welcome back!)...to your own private lodge, the perfect home-base for all that Shasta 
County has to offer. After a fun day in the Shasta Cascade, come enjoy comfy featherbeds, beautiful 
scenery, incredible stargazing and all the comforts of home. You can use this forested getaway as a 
home base for all the surrounding attractions or you might just want to stay and enjoy all the 
amenities right here! 

Vacation Rental Amenities

* 5 Bedrooms:  Master bedroom with CA King & private balcony; 1 bedroom with a queen & a futon, 2 
bedrooms with a Queen in each, 1 room with Twin w/Trundle 
* 3 Bathrooms, one in master bedroom with clawfoot tub/shower combo.  Another bathroom has a 
clawfoot/shower combo & third bathroom has a stall shower.
* Living room, family room with futon, game room with futon
* Fireplace, woodstove, central heat and AC
* Kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, side-by-side refrigerator, all cooking utensils, and every 
small appliance you can imagine!  A second refrigerator is located in the nearby laundry room.
* Fully stocked indoor laundry room for your private use
* Alarm clocks (though they don't get much use here), extra pillows, all linens & paper products 
provided
* Stereos, DVD & VCR players, video tape library
* Home office with computer (Windows), printer & DSL connection
* Big screen TV with cable, pool table, air hockey table, lots of games
* Swimming pool (gated & locked), outdoor ping pong table, foosball, basketball hoop, play area for 
the kids
* Outdoor activities: horseshoes, badminton, lawn games (equipment provided)
* Decking with gas BBQ and seating for everyone adjacent to the pool area

$3,500.00 per week, one week minimum OR $600.00 per night, 3 night minimum

Off-Season, September - May
(except Christmas & New Year‘s Weeks) $2,500.00 per week, one week minimum OR $400.00 per night, 3 
night minimum
