While you stroll this huge, gorgeous beach, you likely will see Dolphins, Manatees, Pelicans and dozens of shore birds. We provide beach towels, chairs, picnic ware and toys! This place is a fisherman's dream with fishing along the shore or from the bridge at Big Carlos Pass, just around the corner. Catch Grouper, Snook, Shark, and more. FREE WIFI is now available not only in the downstairs lobby but also in our UNIT. Enjoy the comforts of home while using the internet 24 hours a day.

Our LIVING AREA features a 42 inch flat screen HDTV so you can watch from the kitchen while you prepare meals. Relax on the comfy sofa/sleeper or in our leather recliner and listen to the wide selection of music CDs or read a book from our shelves.

Our well stocked KITCHEN provides many extras! Two complete sets of dishes, casual and formal glassware, outdoor picnic supplies, most utensils you would ever need, waffle maker, electric pancake griddle, crock pot, blender, coffee maker, bar set, new pans and so much more!

Our formal DINING AREA features a glass top wicker table for six plus seating for three at the bar. Beautiful tile floors are softened with area rugs except in the bedrooms where there is plush wall-to-wall carpet. Our sofa (which converts to a queen size bed), comfy leather ottoman, and new leather recliner are all perfect for reading, relaxing, or viewing TV.

The MASTER BEDROOM has two matching chests with reading lights on either side of the king sized bed plus a hand painted storage cabinet on which the flat screen TV sits. The completely new master BATH features a luxurious shower, many cabinets, and granite counter top.

The GUEST BEDROOM is cozy and casual with natural wicker double dresser, nightstand, and headboards and soft comforters on new twin beds. The totally remodeled BATH has a tile shower and also a large linen closet.

We stayed in this unit over Christmas and it was everything we had hoped for and more. It was exceptionally clean, well maintained, and updated with beautiful finishes. It was clear that Bonnie and Paul take great pride in the ownership of this property and this was reflected in the small details that added a special extra touch to our comfort and enjoyment. Bonnie was also very easy and flexible to work with and was willing to accommodate our travel dates.
We especially appreciated the fully furnished kitchen, beach chairs and extra blankets in the unit. The view from the balcony overlooking the beach is spectacular and I was surprised at how quiet the building was over Christmas break. Everyone is very friendly at Carlos Pointe and we hope to come back next year for 2 weeks. I wouldn't consider staying anywhere else.

Our family had a great time in Fort Myers Beach at this condo. It is very nice in many ways. First It is very well appointed, with a deluxe chef's kitchen. The photos do not do this justice and you literally only need to pack your clothes as they have every thing you will need. Hands down, one of the best places we have stayed at in Florida, it's right on the beach, and so close to great entertainment and restaurants. I was amazed at how quickly our vacation really started because once you get there you are able to really start enjoying the relaxing piece of paradise that they have. We had a mixed crew in that we had 3 adults, two teenagers and a 4 year old. The best part about this property perhaps is that there was something for each of us to do individually and or as a group. We enjoyed the pool, the beach, watching the boats come in and out of the ocean, collecting sea shells, the incredible views as the sun came up and went down, the restaurants and the local shops. There is a trolly that stops right out front of the property that is very inexpensive and can take you off of the island onto the main land which was also fun. The kids rented scooters and had a lot of fun with those as well. We all had a great time and wish we could have stayed longer. We will stay there again on our next visit to Fort Myers Beach. The owners, Bonnie and Kathleen are very easy to work with and were very responsive the few times we contacted them. They also have a relative who resides on site which was also very nice if we would have ever needed anything. Thanks Bonnie and Kathleen for everything!

This was our first experience renting on a vacation. We had always stayed in hotels. The time we spent at Carlos Pointe was wonderful! We felt like we were in a cozy home. Bonnie and her family were very kind and professional. The condo is tastefully decorated and updated. Everything is clean and well kept. It was nice to have a kitchen and laundry. The view of the beach is fantastic. The building was quiet which is what we wanted for spring break. We loved the area and travel from the condo was easy. My 11 year old loved the pool which faces the Gulf. My 13 year old loved the beach area and playing ping-pong in the rec area, at the condo. Our family felt safe, the beach area is also private. We would recommend this condo to anyone!! Thanks Bonnie!
