Please note, we do weekly rentals only.  We do not rent for weekends, or portions of a week.  No college sorority/fraternity rentals. No prom or Senior Week rentals, nor to anyone under 25 years of age.  No pets and no smoking.

Security Deposits: A $300.00 deposit is required in order to reserve your vacation week.

This deposit will be held as your security deposit. Once your deposit is received, a lease will be sent to you (mail or e-mail). The next payment (one-half rental fee) is due one month from deposit date and the balance is payable no later than 30 days prior to your reserved dates.

Check-out is 10:00 a.m.; Check-in is 3:00 p.m. These times are strictly enforced.

Family Rentals Only! Renter must be an adult at least 25 years old and must stay during the rental period.

No college sorority/fraternity rentals. No after-prom or Senior Week rentals.

Ocean City, NJ is a family-oriented community, therefore we DO NOT rent to house parties.
