Vacation Rental Description

This beautiful two story townhome is centrally located in a quiet
residential part of Santa Barbara away from the noisy hustle and
bustle of the tourist areas yet it's just a 10 minute drive to the
harbor, several beaches, UCSB and the downtown section.
(Location)
The Morning Glories Townhouse is located near the intersections of
highway 101 and highway 154 but it is far enough away that you can't
hear or see any traffic. You will be in the perfect location to enjoy
the best of everything that Santa Barbara has to offer yet you will be
in a more serene, family type of neighborhood!
(Kitchen)
The kitchen features a dishwasher, all the appliances, cooking
utensils, silverware and everything else you need to prepare and serve
meals. At one end of the kitchen is a breakfast bar and at the other,
a dining room with a large teak table and chairs for 6 people.
(Living Room)
The living room has a gas log fireplace and very comfortable
furnishings including stereo, television, VCR and DVD player. Enjoy
one of the movies in our collection of DVD's or Videos. There is a
large 1/2 bathroom downstairs. The small complex of just 21 units has
an inner cobblestone courtyard that leads to a small pool and deck
area with tables, chairs and chaise lounges for relaxing in the sun.
(Master Bedroom Suite)
This home away from home has two bedrooms, a sleeping loft or office, two
full bathrooms upstairs and a 1/2 bath downstairs. The California King
size bed in the master suite is very comfortable and this room features
mountain views from the balcony. There is lots of closet space as well
as a private
dressing room and private bath.
(Second Bedroom)
The second bedroom also has mountain views, a queen size bed or twin
beds with oak furnishings and it's located next to a full bathroom.
(Sleeping Loft)
The upstairs loft between the bedrooms has a computer desk, office
chair and high speed wireless internet access so you can stay in touch
with friends or take care of business needs. We can set up a single
twin size bed in the loft for one adult or one child.
