Summer Rates(Ju,Jly & Aug) $1,250/Mo; December thru March $1,800/Mo
Rates run $1,250 to $1,800/Mo - call or e-mail for other months
$500.00 deposit to hold your reservation and also to be refunded
if rental is left clean and no damage.
CONDO IS RENTED DEC 1, 2008 THROUGH MARCH 31, 2009
CAN ONLY RENT BY THE MONTH !!!!!
