Vacation Rental Description

Come enjoy tropical paradise in our beautifully renovated oceanfront condominium. This 3rd floor 
deluxe unit offers stunning ocean views from every vantage point, faces directly toward the ocean 
with a view of the West Maui mountains in the background, and swaying palms in the foreground. Wake 
up and look out the front door to watch the sun rise over Haleakala. The complex also boasts well 
manicured gardens, a pool, wading pool, hot tub, and a BBQ area with 5 grills and picnic tables. The 
complex is just steps from the warm Pacific Ocean.

Go for a sunset stroll on the beach, wander down to the local shops and restuarants of Kihei, take a 
refreshing dip in the pool or the ocean, fish on the beach, or sit in the hot tub and gaze at the 
stars. Our building is ideal for a quiet, relaxing getaway, a family vacation, or as an action-
packed home base from which to enjoy the wealth of attractions and activities that this gorgeous 
island has to offer. Not recommended for those looking to get crazy. Our resort has a couples and 
family friendly feel.

Vacation Rental Amenities

We use this condo extensively with our children, and so we have done our very best to outfit it with 
a wide variety of things to make your stay with children both affordable and convenient. If you are 
coming without children, there is a variety of other gear that you, too, will appreciate.

BABY AND CHILD FRIENDLY: There is a portable playpen which can be used as a crib in the closet, 
along with a new feeding chair with safety staps and a tray which fits on all standard chairs. There 
is also a stroller and a U-shaped nursing pillow in the closet. We have included a variety of toys 
and games to keep your kids busy too: OUR UNIT WILL SAVE YOU A TON OF MONEY because we have included 
everything we can think of that you may want during your stay (including guidebooks, boogie boards, 
snorkelling gear, games, toys, beach chairs, a small reptile habitat and dip nets, balls, spices for 
cooking etc.),so that you can spend your money on other things. We have children too, so we 
understand how quickly all those little things that children have to have can add up. If you don't 
have children, don't worry, all of the toys are neatly put away in 2 bins on the lanai.

EXTRA MAT FOR SLEEPING FOR UP TO 2 KIDS: The unit is oficially listed as having accomodations for 2, 
but we can have a fold-out double mat put in the closet which will accomodate up to 2 kids. Our 
children use it and it is comfortable. If you have 1 or 2 children in your party you will need to 
use this mattress. The charge is $75.00 for the duration of your stay, regardless of the number of 
children or the length of stay. This covers the fees we incur to have the mat put in and removed and 
the sheets laundered etc. In order to keep your costs as low as possible, we do not levy any 
surcharge onto the nightly rates if you have children in your party. The maid will ensure that the 
mat, bedding and pillows are available if you let us know in advance that you will be taking 
advantage of this option. 

NEWLY RENOVATED and TASTEFULLY DECORATED: We are pleased to offer you granite countertops, bamboo 
and tile flooring, modern decor and paint colours, and tasteful decor. It is important to us to give 
you a pleasing experience in every way, and this is reflected in the furnishings and decor.

Activities and Attractions

Our oceanfront location is great as if offers a lot of variety-not to mention the breathtaking 
views! People kayak, canoe and kiteboard at the beach in front of our building. If you are a strong 
swimmer, you may wish to swim out to the buoy out front of the complex where sea turtles are 
frequently found. The whale watching off the lanai is choice during whale season. For fitness 
enthusiasts, turn left when you get to the beach for an uninterrupted 2 mile walk on the sand (1 
hour round trip). Many people beachcomb out front or gather the kelp on this stretch of beach. There 
is a huge grassy area betweent the building and the ocean where you will find shuffleboard, 
horseshoes, a volleyball net, pitch n'putt and great gecko hunting. The building next door houses a 
public tennis court, and a few doors down in the other direction is a marine education centre. There 
is always so much to do on Maui, just not enough hours in the day.
