Deposit = 1/2 rental amount due at time of booking.
Balance is due 30 days prior to arrrival.
Security/cleaning fee $250.00- will be refunded in full after house is checked for damages/cleanliness after departure.
Cleaning rate of $35/hr will be assessed if professional cleaning is necessary.
