Vacation Rental Description

This property is truely a secluded paradise nestled in the trees. Keep in mind that this is a 
country cabin and true country living at its finest. You are coming to the old west and to get away.
BEAUTIFUL 3200 sq/ft 2 story house on 5 heavily treed acres of piece and quiet. Property is fully 
Fenced, includes Horse Corral. HUGE decks on first and second floors with stunning views of Bill 
Williams mountain and The San Fransisco Peaks. 20 minutes from The gateway to the Grand Canyon, 10 
minutes from 
Kiabab Lake and 15 minutes from Historic Williams, Arizona & Route 66. The cabin is beautiful but 
you will need to leave your city life and thoughts behind. There is not air conditioning and no 
heaters. We totally rely on the old west. We have wood stoves and a fireplace for winter warmth. In 
the summer we have plenty of windows to open and ceiling fans throughout. So when you are booking 
remember you are coming to the old west and the old west is what you are getting. If this is what 
you are looking for then we will be more than happy to have you. If you are looking for city life 
and ammenaties than this cabin is not going to be for you. You may want to try one of the bed and 
breakfasts in Williams. Don't get me wrong we would love to have you but please keep in mind that we 
are country folk and all of the above is what you get.

 -Espresso/Cappachino Machine/ we supply all the coffe bean, all you have to do is grind it

 -Pots, Pans, baking Dishes, enough in supply to cook for an army! We even supply all your 
toiletries and your dish washing and dishwasher soap.
 -side by side refrigerator w/ ice maker and filtered water, sometimes there are little extras in 
the fridge
 - Our daily temperatures are around
50 to 60 degrees from December to late March. Our night temps. around 30 degrees.
 - Summer temperatures from April to October are around 87 degrees during the day and in the 60-70 
degrees at night. This property is a true paradise, a must see.If you are looking to just get away 
from that old city life and just enjoy living this is the place to be.Looking out into the front 
yard at night and seeing the deer and elk eating branches off the fruit trees is also something to 
see. In the country you seem to enjoy the little things in life.We appreciate it all and we feel 
that you would come to enjoy as well if you had the opportunity to see yourself. Snuggle up to the  
wood burning stoves and the large oversized fireplace on chilly nights.

Vacation Rental Rates

Monday through friday: $300 per night (3 night minimum)

Weekly Rate: $1500 (5 days Mon - Fri) at 1-4 guests 

Weekends:  (2 night minimum, Sat & Sun)

7 day rent: from Monday - Sunday Special $1950 rates are based on 1-4 guests (Summer special only)
