(more than 1000 s.f.!)

3 bedrooms: 1 with king bed, 1 with queen bed, 1 with 2 full beds.

Approximately 5 houses away (1 minute walk!) to Gardiner's Bay beach and
8 min. drive to beautiful ocean beaches. Telephone, stereo, high speed
wi-fi internet, large flat screen HDTV, cable and DVD players,
heated pool, stainless steel appliances and Viking Stove in kitchen,
outdoor Weber grill, cozy fireplace, beautiful art, linens and towels
provided, full sized washer/dryer, all basic kitchen supplies. Bicycles.

Swimming, cycling, fishing, surfing, sailing, vineyards all close by.

2012 Rates:

May-June: $3500 per week (Memorial Day week -- $4000)

July-Labor Day: $4500 per week

September-April(after LD): starting at $2000 per week and up,
depending on dates

NO PROMS OR LARGE GROUPS; MINIMUM ONE WEEK RENTAL IN HIGH SEASON; Rates exclusive of $150/wk house/pool cleaning fee; propane for pool billed separately

All rentals are on a Friday to Friday schedule; in no earlier than Friday at 5pm, out no later than 11am the following Friday
