Vacation Rental Description

Location: Sun City West, Phoenix Area, Arizona, USA (Sky Harbor
Airport, Phoenix 20 Miles)

Largest floor plan in Corte Bella at 3027 sqft.  4 bedrooms, 2 1/2
baths plus a sleeper sofa.  Comfortably sleeps 10, one person must be
55 years of age.  Bring the entire family!

Del Webb guard gated community, heated pool, Jacuzzi, tennis, golf,
clubhouse, Day Spa  and restaurant facilities.

Vacation Rental Amenities

TV/DVD/Cable

Kitchen table and breakfast bar.
Formal dining room, family room w/ sleeper sectional.
Pool Table.
Stainless Refrigerator, toaster, and coffee maker.
Laundry room with brand new washer and dryer.
 
Enormous Master Suite with King sized bed.  Snail shower and separate
tub, dual vanities and huge walk in closet.
3 other bedrooms, all with Queen sized beds, and one with additional
Television.  Jack and Jill second bathroom with dual vanities.

Activities and Attractions

Fitness center and pool with Jacuzzi and day spa.
As a guest, you have full access to all activities and 
reasonable golf rates. Like every amenity at Corte Bella, the Golf 
Club is designed to cater to your needs. You'll find the service 
highly attentive, the staff warm and helpful. The Golf Club's par-72, 
18-hole championship course, by designer Greg Nash, offers four sets 
of tees, from 5,100 yards to 7,000 yards. 

Arrowhead Mall and a vast array of restaurants are 10 minutes away or
enjoy the new dining options that Surprise has to offer.

Surprise and Peoria Spring training grounds are 10 minutes away. The
new University of Phoenix Stadium with its' Westgate Shopping and
Dining destination are a short drive away as well.
