Arrowhead Mall and a vast array of restaurants are 10 minutes away or
enjoy the new dining options that Surprise has to offer.

Surprise and Peoria Spring training grounds are 10 minutes away. The
new University of Phoenix Stadium with its' Westgate Shopping and
