2700 No. Ocean - New Award Winning Ocean Front Luxury Condo in Singer Island

We had a wonderful time in Singer Island! We know the island very well because we spend our vacation time here since five years ago, but we never have been in an apartment like this! This is beautiful decorated, having everything you need to have a fantastic vacation. The view from the balcony is gorgeous! Building amenities have everything for the family!! We also made new friends here! Our kids enjoyed snorkeling just in front of the apartment, we saw lots of nice fishes!!
Also we went to Peanut Island, Mac Arthur Park, Rapids Water Park!
Everyday after having a wonderful day at the beach and the pool, we enjoy having our family dinner at the balcony, looking the sunset ….we hope we can come again in the near future and enjoy again this perfect apartment. Finally thanks owners for giving us the opportunity to be here!

Hi Amy and Mark,

Lou and I just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed leasing your condo. The views
of the ocean and the intracoastal are just breathtaking from the 15th floor terraces, and the
condo is beautifully decorated and so warm and inviting. We spent many hours at the
pools and hot tubs, and the people we met, both residents and staff, could not be friendlier.
Of course with all that lounging we made great use of the exercise room! The amenities are
second to none, and we had many parties in the spectacular Social Room and Home Theater.

We look forward to keeping in touch and leasing in the future.

I would like to comment on our stay at 2700 North Ocean, the Coleman Residence.
Our family had a wonderful experience at this amazing location and condo. The
staff was great to deal with, the amenities, both public and in the condo itself were
gorgeous, and the people we met on site, other owners, were friendly and we still
keep in touch with!! The condo itself was beautifully decorated, and still had a
a very comfortable feel to it. The views from each balcony were breath-taking and
we so much enjoyed sitting out there, enjoying our mornings, afternoons, and evenings!
Each room was beautiful and the floor plan of the condo was great, offering much
space as well as privacy with the split bedrooms. We enjoyed the gorgeous kitchen
and made many wonderful meals together. It was nicely equipped and easy to
find your way around! We actually didn't want to leave the condo to go out to eat,
because you couldn't beat the gorgeous environment anywhere! We didn't want
to miss a second away from this beautiful place. The pool grounds were also
exquisite and the little restaurant on site was a nice convenience and very good
at that! There were always plenty of lounge chairs and beautiful views! Our stay
at the Coleman Residence is and will always be a memorable one! Amy and Mark
are very gracious hosts and wonderful to deal with! Our experience was fabulous
and we look forward to future stays at your beautiful condo! Thank you!
