Our 1900+ sq. ft. air-conditioned vacation retreat comes with 3
bedrooms, (queen beds in each
bdrm.)
3 1/2 baths. Each bedroom has its own bathroom! (Powder room
downstairs) Two of the bedrooms/baths
have large soaker tubs and separate showers. (Queen convertible sofa
in living room, along with
two
single roll away beds (in walk-in closet).
The full kitchen has modern appliances, including refridgerator,
dishwasher, garbage disposal, gas
stove/oven and microwave. The dining table seats six with extra
seating at the breakfast bar.
The back deck with gas bbq overlooks a meadow.
The Running Y Golf Course is a top rated course designed by Arnold
Palmer which offers both
wetland
and mountain vistas.
Walking distance to the Sandhill Spa, the fitness facility, indoor
heated pool, hot tub, and sauna!

All dishes, silverware, cooking utensils are provided.

entrance to the Fitness Facility,
which is located adjacent to the tennis courts and in the same
building as the Sandhill Spa!
Whether
snowing or sunny, you can enjoy the indoor heated pool, baby pool,
hot tub, and sauna. The fitness
facility also has exercise equipment, an arcade, and a place to buy
souvenirs. Enjoy the Running

Golf Course, and check out the 18-hole putting course, too! For a
comfortable dining experience
with
a delicious menu, there is The Ranch House Restaurant at the
Clubhouse.
Horse stables are just across the Hwy for lessons, trail rides, etc.
You can also enjoy

basketball, tennis, sand volleyball, fly fishing excursions and even
a seasonal covered ice
skating
rink along with miles of hiking and bike trails.

Renters must be willing to sign a Vacation Rental Agreement.
Full Payment by Check or Paypal is required two weeks
before stay.
$200 refundable cleaning/damage deposit due with final payment.
Check-in guaranteed by 5pm, earlier if unit is ready.
