Vacation Rental Description

Welcome to the brand new development of Creekside located in the Bethany area of Delaware.  This is  
a brand new townhouse in impeccable condition, loaded with upgrades and tastefully decorated.  Our  
community offers an outdoor pool, adjoining club house, boat ramp and pier on White's Creek leading  
to the Indian River and the Atlantic Ocean.  We are just minutes from Fenwick, Ocean City, Dewey  
Beach, Rehobeth Beach and many excellent golf courses. 
 
Our home features 4 bedrooms (3 Queen, 1 Double, 2 Twin beds) and sleeps up to ten.  3.5 baths, 2  
zone central air/heat, 1 car garage with parking for 2 additional vehicles in the driveway and  
plenty of additional parking within the community. 
 
What sets our home apart is each room is tastefully decorated with quality furnishings that are both  
visually pleasing and comfortable.  There are no fru fru florals, eye sore furniture, unattractive  
knick-knacks and wall hangings or lumpy pull outs.  We want to making packing for a week away with  
the family as easy as possible for our guests and have included extra amenities for your convenience. 
 
Note:  This is our family's second home, we look forward to renting to people who will care for this  
property and leave it in the same condition as they found it.  No smoking; no pets allowed, all  
renters must be 25+ years old unless accompanied by a parent  
(proof of age is required); no more than ten people allowed in the house.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Lower Level: 
Features a large oversized room furnished with white cottage style furniture and blue and beige  
colors.  It includes a large walk in closet, one queen bed and two twin beds, dresser, chest, three  
nightstands, 27" cable TV.  There is a full bathroom with white/turquoise accessories.  Full size  
washer/dryer are located in the lower level foyer area along with an iron/ironing board. 
 
Main Level: 
Living room: brown leather sofa and loveseat, stereo system w/CD player; 32" LCD flat screen TV with  
DVD/VCR player. 
 
Powder room: attached to living room 
Sunroom: Sunny room pefect for lounging with a book. Melon/warm yellow sofa and overstuffed chair;  
ceiling fan.  Connects to outside wrap around deck with patio table and comfortable chairs. 
 
Kitchen/dining area: 
We have a fully equipped upgraded kitchen featuring granite countertops and stainless steel  
appliances (Refrigerator, Microwave, Dishwasher, Oven).  China, utensils, glasses and cups for 10.   
Plenty of cooking utensils plus 4 slice toaster, coffee maker, blender, hand mixer, waffle iron, and  
plenty of serving bowls, chopping boards and tupperware.  Kitchen features an island with two pub  
chairs.  The dining area has a white cottage style table with eight chairs. 
 
For those times when you want to eat in, we do stock some basic kitchen herbs & spices and we hope  
this will make your stay a bit more convenient.  We just ask that you use what you need, and the  
leave the rest for other guests' convenience. 
 
Upper Level: 
Masterbedroom: vaulted ceiling and black plantation style furnishings. One Queen bed, large dresser,  
two nightstands, ceiling fan, 27" LCD flat screen TV, dvd player, walk in closet and deck.  Luxury  
Masterbath has soaking tub, double vanity with upgraded cabinets and tile, separate shower and  
separate water closet.  
 
Bedroom #2: Double bed, one night stand, dresser and ceiling fan 
Bedroom #3: Queen bed, two nightstands, dresser and ceiling fan 
Full guest bathroom in hall 
 
Other Amenities: 
We are pleased to provide a selection of DVD's and VHS tapes and paperbacks for your use during your  
stay.  And, in an effort to reduce your packing, we provide one Graco Pak'n Play, one high chair,  
four beach sand chairs and a beach umbrella.
