These rates are for low season: 
 
For standard condo/hotel rooms (384 sw.ft.): 
Daily rate:     $79/night     Weekends: $90/night - 3 nights minimum   Weekly $550                
                                     $40 check-out cleaning 
 
For standard suites(618 sq.ft.) One bedroom, living room, 1 bathroom 
Rates:    Daily: $100  Weekends: $120    Weekly: $700 
                          $50 check-out cleaning. 
 
Deluxe condo/hotel rooms and suites (fully renovated and newly furnished) have larger refrigerators, 
microwave, plasma TV, DVD. All rooms have internet access. 
 
For deluxe condo/hotel room rates: $90 weekdays  $100 weekends  $650 weekly.  $40 check-out cleaning. 
    Deluxe suites:  $110 weekdays   $130 weekends   $750 weekly.   $50 check-out cleaning. 
 
Winter rentals:    Standard Room: $110 weekdays.  $120 weekends.  $  750 weekly 
                   Deluxe Room:   $120 weekdays.  $140 weekends.  $  840 weekly 
                   Standard Suite:$130 weekdays.  $150 weekends.  $  910 weekly 
                   Deluxe suite:  $150 weekdays.  $180 weekends.  $1,050 weekly 
 
Housekeeping services are not included and may be requested at additional charge. 
 
Note: $150.00 Security deposit required to make reservations. It will be returned after departure,  
provided there are no damages to the unit.
