vacation rental description
Our home is located in the South Dennis Historic District. It is an 1836 Cape and has all the
charm and privacy of a home from another era. There is a large eat in kitchen which has been fully
upgraded. There is a dining room, a den, a living room and a bathroom on the first level. The
second floor has three bedrooms and another bathroom. There is also a large screened in porch
overlooking the back yard which is nicely landscaped and very private. There is parking on the
property and the house is within a mile of the south facing beaches of West Dennis.

The house has been nicely decorated and you will find it very comfortable and inviting. The three
bedrooms are comfortable and decorated with antique furnishings. The kitchen is fully stocked with
everything you would want for preparing those Cape Cod meals. You do supply your own linen and
towels. Central air conditioning will keep you comfortable through the hot periods, although we
find we use the air maybe three or four days in August. You can walk to a town cove from which you
can kayak and put a small boat into the water. This is also ocean access connecting to Bass River.

There is a town landing on Grand Cove where you can kayak from and also launch a small boat. There
is also ocean access from Bass River.
There are many fine restaurants within a short drive.
The Dennis Playhouse is located within a 10 minute drive.
Dennis has some of the nicest beaches on the Cape. The West Dennis beaches are
south facing and are warmer than the north facing beaches.
Dennis has two public golf courses, and there are many more in the area.
Short drive to Yarmouth, Hyannis, Harwich, Brewster and Chatham.
Provincetown is a 45 minute ride.
vacation rental rates
Our rates are based on a monthly rental. $2500.00 per month with a $50.00 reduction for each
additional month booked. These are in season rates and do not apply from October thru April.
October thru April's rates are as follows. October, November, December, January, February, March,
April $2000.00 per month. Our full season from Memorial Day thru Labor day weekend is 10,500.00.
