Paul and Sue's Beach Retreat 1 block from beach access in South Haven

We would like to invite you to stay at our beach house and create
some unforgetable family memories. It is a recently remodled cottage
that has that cozy feeling of home. With 2 bedrooms and a futon in the
back room 5 adults will be comfortable. We have a large deck on the front
of the house to enjoy relaxing evenings outside. No pets and no smoking.
We have a 6 person maximum at this house.

We have cable TV in 2 rooms and 2 dvd players.  Both bedrooms have  their own air
conditioner. We have a full kitchen and coffee maker. Outside we
have a gas grill and dinning area on the deck. We also have a fire
pit in the front yard so you can enjoy a campfire to roast
marshmallows over. We also have WIFI in the house.

South Haven is 2 hours from Chicago, 3 hours from Detroit,
and 1 hour from Grand Rapids. The Beach is a mere 100
yards away. You are just minnutes away from, golf, shopping,
wine tours, and great dining. If you bring a boat you can experience
great perch or salmon fishing or book a ride on the 17th century
recreation sail boat (Friends Goodwill). Bring your bike and enjoy the 1 mile
ride to downtown South Haven.

Summer weekly rate $1150. Harbor and Blueberry Festival weeks are
$1250.
Our rental is available from May through September.
50% deposit is due within 10 days of reserving to hold the week.
The remaining 50% is due 40 days prior to arrival date along with
$150 security deposit. The security deposit is returned within 2 weeks of
departure. Should cancellation be necessary, we charge a $75 flat
fee. If the cottage can be rebooked for that week, all funds will be
returned, less the $75 flat fee. If the cottage cannot be rebooked, all funds
paid
will be forfeited less the security deposit. We will provide a
rental agreement at time of reservation. Check-in time is 3:00 pm
EST Friday and check-out is 10:00 am EST the following Friday.
