Gulf Side Beach Cottage in Pensacola Beach

This quaint summer cottage was totally renovated in 2007. It is
located across the street from the Gulf of Mexico. The interior is
casual mediterranian style with lots of views of the gulf. The cottage
is two stories above pilings with an enclosed garage below.
The first floor is a spacious livingroom with an adjoining dining
area and convenient kitchen. The living/dining area has 2 large palm
leave fans cooling from the cathedral ceiling. The master bedroom and
bath is tucked away on the first floor. Take the spiral staircase up
to the wrought iron railed cat walk where two additional bedrooms are
located. The bedrooms upstairs have a bathroom in between them. All
bedrooms have views of the gulf from their large sliding glass doors.
Both bathrooms have large,tiled walk-in showers. All counter tops
(kitchen & bath) are granite. The upstairs bedrooms have large
balconies and the master bedroom steps out onto the main deck that
surrounds the house. The large back deck(40'x20')has a seating area,
large picnic table (seats 8-10)and a grill for wonderful cookouts! There is also a large outdoor shower with hot/cold water and a dressing bench located downstairs between the garage and back stairs.

*Naval Air Station Pensacola has a wonderful Naval Aviation Museum
with an I M A X Theater and other activities

Premium Weeks June-27-2010 thru July-11-2010 weekly $2300.00.  The weekly stay for 4th of July & Blue Angels week is Sunday to Sunday Due to Traffic

Weekly stays are from Saturday to Saturday. The above rates do not
include taxes (11.5%) and damage deposit. Damage/Confirmation Deposit
is equal to half of the weekly rate. When the deposit is received
your reservation will be confirmed. Until confirmed rates may change
without notice. Rental Clients Must be 25 Years of Age or Older.
Maximum occupancy is 8 persons. Reservations are on a first come first
served basis.  Pets are Not allowed and No Smoking of any kind inside the cottage!

Check-In 3:00pm and Check-Out 10:00am
If severe weather should occur during your stay, Escambia County
Emergency Management may issue a Mandatory Evacuation Notice for
Pensacola Beach. Should this occur, a prorated refund will be
calculated from the time you vacate to the end of your contracted
stay.

If your reservation is canceled 31 days or more prior to arrival date
and we re-rent it for those dates we will refund your entire deposit.
If it is not re-rented for those dates you will lose $100.00 of your
deposit. If your reservation is canceled 30 days or less and we
re-rent it for those dates a $100.00 service fee will be deducted. If
it is not re-rented for those dates you will lose your entire deposit.
